SHIPPING POLICY

India, It’s 100% Free Shipping on all orders.
Outside India, its  $25  applicable on all orders. ( All Custom Duties levied on the products will be borne by the customer.)

Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. All orders are shipped via reliable logistics like Delhivery, DTDC, Trackon, IndianPost or comparable carrier. Processing time of your order can vary from 3-14 days depending on product availability, or in some cases up to 2-3 weeks. Please do not count Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays in delivery time. Please include a complete street address along with the pin zode/ zip code for all orders.

Order Tracking

You will get a tracking # provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information once your order is shipped. You can easily track your order status with the tracking # provided on your email.

 

RETURN POLICY

Please do ensure that you are aware of the returns eligibility before your place the order.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get an exchange against the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product within 7 days of the delivery provided goods are in their original condition with the tags still attached. Please note that the return shipping charges will be borne by you . We don’t have reverse pick up services available with us.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the tags, receipt, Invoice and other order related documents intact with the return. Please email at  jo [at] jovifashion [dot] com  or call/whatsapp on  +91 96362 88883  to request and initiate a return and inform us with the tracking # once you ship the product back to us. Please note that the return shipping charges will be borne by you. We don’t have reverse pick up services available with us.

You can have for a full refund in the form of redeemable store credits (which you can use later to shop at JOVIFashion)

Return Exceptions

A.  Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

B.  Items sold in Sale/Offer/Discounts/Clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.

C.  Delivery charges of COD orders (Rs. 60 per product) are non-adjustable.

D.  The returns are subject to the JOVI team’s decision. This isn’t to panic you, as we are quite co-operative.
